Osprey Cove is a large community in Florida that seems to be fairing well against the economy. The old site was pretty blah, very "templaty", no nuance. So after reading the research on who their buyers are we decided to make it more accessible to the male and female demos. We did this by creating "channels" below the flash visual that would speak directly to them and in turn get them to the homes or land for sale pages.
