Integrative Therapies
Agency: Saturday Brand Communications | Creative Director: Mark Conachan
Art Director: John Howard | Account Manager: Theckla Sterrett
A good friend of Saturday’s recently started her own psychotherapy group and asked for our help creating the identity for the practice. Her only request was that the logo & brand identity be fairly simple, yet reflect the warm, welcoming nature of her practice. She also wanted the logo to capture movement, since in her words, ‘the integrating modalities that I work with effect change and this means things happen, there are shifts and things flow.”
The resulting logo was inspired by a lotus flower, whose unfolding petals are thought to suggest expansion of the soul. The handwritten font gave the logo a personal feel, while the color palette helped the entire brand identity to feel very warm and friendly. The look was extended into business cards, letterhead, as well as a thank you card. The client could not have been happier with the final results; to quote her final email: “I am SO psyched (no pun intended)!”
